Crystal Virgin Coconut Oil is made from organic coconuts that are grown in unpolluted rural Vietnam, free from farming chemicals, and they are handpicked. Only the finest, freshest coconuts are used. The oil is extracted by cold pressing techniques at the rural harvest sites under strict supervision to maintain product quality and then shipped to the quality control and packaging centre in Ho Chi Minh City. There it is inspected and certified by food chemists from the Vietnamese Ministry of Health. After certification and approval the oil is packaged and shipped to distributors in the US and Canada. This oil has been approved by the USFDA and the Canadian Food Inspection Service. It is the equal of any cold pressed virgin coconut oil currently available.

This coconut oil has the same consistency as butter, so it can be used as a substitute for butter in all of your baking. It has a very slight hint of delicious coconut taste. If you melt it, it becomes a clear oil that can be used as well.
