We offer free shipping for most products on our website. Some heavy or oversized items may not qualify.
Our Preferred Customers (PC) receive free shipping for any orders containing qualifying products with a subtotal (before shipping and taxes) of $99 or more.
Our Health Club Members (HCM) receive free shipping for any orders containing qualifying products with a subtotal (before shipping and taxes) of $299 or more.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, and 3-5 days (depending on your location) for your order to arrive. Orders are normally shipped via Canada Post ground service from our Alberta warehouse.
We also offer custom shipping options (at an extra cost), such as FedEx, UPS, or Greyhound. Please contact us for more information.

For international orders, please call us with your order so that we may calculate shipping charges.
Most products ship from our head offices in Alberta, Canada. USA customers who order Aerobic Oxygen will receive their shipments from our warehouse in Utah.
Below are our standard methods of shipping, but we will accommodate any request if you have another carrier you would like to use. We can also custom quote AIR freight carrier shipments or OCEAN shipments on larger orders, or even Greyhound Bus COLLECT deliveries. Please contact us for further details.
For online orders, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, then allow the estimated delivery times as indicated below.
For telephone orders, if your order is placed before 1:00pm MST then your order should leave same business day. After 1:00pm, your order should leave next business day. Then allow the estimated delivery times as indicated below.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please be aware that many of the postal services do not allow insurance coverage. If your shipment is lost or damaged, there may or may not be reimbursement to you.
**Lost / Damaged shipments: If your shipment is lost or damaged, we will do everything possible to expedite a remedy to the situation. However, should you request a replacement shipment before a resolution has been reached with the shipping service, we may require payment of the second shipment. Once a resolution/reimbursement is obtained from the shipping service we will credit back any funds to your account.**
**Items containing glass products and/or liquids: If you choose a Postal Service delivery option during the winter months, GFY is not responsible for freezing or breakage of any liquid items in glass containers. A courier (UPS, TNT, Purolator) must be chosen for protection from freezing. If you are unsure, please contact us before you order.***
